You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase a membership. Our services are directed primarily to residents of the United States.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to update it when it changes. You may not share your account or resell access to Club content.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view, download and use our cookbooks, courses, videos and other members-only materials for your personal, non-commercial, household use only. All content remains our property or the property of our licensors.

• Copying, redistributing, publishing or reselling Club content.
• Uploading Club materials to public sites, drives or file-sharing services.
• Using automated tools to scrape our site or bypass paywalls.
• Harassing other members or staff in the community areas.

The New Member Activation Package is a one-time payment of US$197. Beginning 7 days after your activation, the Weekly World Kitchen Club subscription bills at US$24.90 per week until you cancel. See our Subscription and Cancellation Policies for details.

Our recipes and educational content are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional dietary advice. Always check ingredients for allergens and follow safe food-handling practices. We are not liable for adverse reactions, injuries or damages arising from the preparation or consumption of any recipe.

"American Moms Kitchen Club™", our logos, cookbook and course titles are trademarks. All recipes, photography, videos and written materials are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, share your account, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Refunds in the event of termination for cause are at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your membership will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page.
