Refund Policy

We stand behind the American Moms Kitchen Club™ with a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee on the New Member Activation Package. If the Club isn't right for you, we'll refund you — no forms, no phone calls, no guilt.
1. Activation Package Refund
You may request a full refund of the US$197 New Member Activation Package for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Simply email cs@americanmomskitchen.com from the address on your order with the subject line "Refund". You may keep the cookbook and bonuses you have already downloaded as our gift.
2. Weekly Subscription
The Weekly World Kitchen Club subscription (US$24.90/week) is billed in advance at the start of each weekly cycle. Because content is delivered immediately at the beginning of each cycle, weekly charges are non-refundable once issued. You can cancel at any time to prevent future weekly charges — see our Cancellation Policy.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your statement.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. In most cases we can resolve billing questions faster than a dispute and we're genuinely happy to help.
5. Abuse of Guarantee
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse — for example, repeated purchases and refunds from the same customer, or bulk download of content immediately followed by a refund request.
