Your trust matters. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from members and visitors of American Moms Kitchen Club™, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, password.
  • Billing information: billing address and payment details, processed by our PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage information: pages viewed, lessons watched, device type, browser, IP address.
  • Content you submit: comments, community posts, support requests.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Deliver the courses, cookbook, bonuses and weekly subscription you purchased.
  • Send transactional emails, receipts and important account notices.
  • Send marketing emails you can opt out of at any time.
  • Improve our recipes, content and website experience.
  • Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We share information only with vetted service providers that help us operate the Club — such as payment processors, email delivery, hosting, analytics and customer support tools. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to opt out of certain uses. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and the EEA/UK (GDPR) have additional rights. To exercise any right, email cs@americanmomskitchen.com.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No online service is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.

7. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material we will notify you by email or a notice on the site.
