Last updated: July 18, 2026

American Moms Kitchen Club™ respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our members and visitors to do the same. This policy explains how to submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) if you believe material on our site infringes your copyright.

1. Filing a DMCA Notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent at cs@americanmomskitchen.com (subject line: "DMCA Notice"). Your notice must include:

2. Required Information

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) where the allegedly infringing material is located on our site.
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Counter-Notices

If material you posted was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the equivalent information above, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate US federal court.

4. Repeat Infringers

We terminate the accounts of members who are determined to be repeat infringers.

5. False Claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Do not submit false notices.
